Awaken, Productivity! The PilotDeck Ecosystem Co-Creation Challenge Is Here
When agents are no longer conversational toys but truly capable assistants that proactively get work done for you — have you already found creative ways to use PilotDeck?
PilotDeck is an open-source agent operating system built around WorkSpace, designed to solve real problems such as chaotic parallel projects, uncontrollable token costs, and untraceable memory.
To push agents from "conversational toys" toward genuine "productivity tools," we are officially launching the PilotDeck Ecosystem Co-Creation Challenge! Whether you are a geek developer passionate about low-level deployment or a wildly imaginative content creator, as long as PilotDeck has solved a real need for you or brought an interesting experience, generous rewards are waiting for you!
Let's get started! You can enter multiple tracks at the same time, and rewards stack!

⏰ Timeline
Submission period: June 12 – July 5, 2026, 23:59
Judging and announcement: within two weeks after the event ends
🏆 Challenge tracks: four tracks, endless possibilities
Participants can enter multiple tracks based on their background, but each piece of work can be submitted to only one track. Each track is judged independently, and rewards stack! There are no limits on scenarios — we are especially looking for practical cases that are "wildly imaginative, small and beautiful, and address real needs"!
🛠️ Track 1: Deployment — geek deployment and ecosystem expansion
We encourage developers to get PilotDeck running in all kinds of environments, or to connect it with more powerful tools, lowering the barrier for more people.
Deployment and adaptation: create cross-platform one-click install scripts, Docker images, or provide ultra-low-barrier deployment tutorials.
Ecosystem mini-tools: develop and connect new practical tools (Tools/Skills) for PilotDeck, so it can handle more of the "dirty work."
Core code contributions: we encourage developing new features for PilotDeck and submitting PRs to the official repository. (🎯 Bonus points: fix a bug along the way or optimize low-level execution logic.)
📁 Deliverables: the address of an open-source repository with a run guide, a PR link, or a related technical blog. If submitting a new feature PR, please include a feature description and usage example in the PR description; if you have bonus-point bug fixes, we recommend attaching before-and-after screenshots.
📊 Track 2: Evaluation — hands-on comparisons and real pitfalls
Objectively share your real experience using PilotDeck, or compare it with other agent tools to show its unique highlights.
Real differences: we very much look forward to comparisons of PilotDeck with Hermes, OpenClaw, and other agent platforms in actual use. No need for pure praise — authentic, objective evaluation is the most compelling.
💡 Tip: when comparing, pay special attention to what makes PilotDeck different: multi-project Workspace isolation, tiered memory management (project memory + preference memory), cost-saving smart routing, Always-on proactive work...
Pain point breakthroughs: share how PilotDeck easily resolved a small pain point from your past work or AI tool usage, or what pitfalls you hit and how you solved them.
📁 Deliverables: links to works published on Bilibili, Xiaohongshu, Zhihu, and other platforms (the content must guide readers to follow the official GitHub project).
💡 Track 3: Sharing — boundless creativity and real-world scenarios
No limits on field, no limits on play! Share how you used PilotDeck to solve real needs or your wildly creative ideas, and show the public the infinite possibilities of productivity tools.
Ideas and execution: whether it's a lightweight app, an interactive mini-game, or an automated assistant for daily work and life — as long as it's fun and useful, it's all welcome!
📁 Deliverables: links to cases published on Zhihu, WeChat Official Account, GitHub, and other technical communities, demonstrating the practical results and a brief interaction process.
🎙️ Track 4: Special Track — VoxCPM multimodal creation
A powerful collaboration that makes your agent "capable and articulate"! This track focuses on the synergy between PilotDeck's automated execution and VoxCPM's speech capabilities. We strongly encourage participants to fully exploit VoxCPM's core strengths in multilingual translation, high audio quality, and extreme generation speed, and to explore more fun application boundaries.
Cross-language and multilingual translation pipelines: combine VoxCPM's powerful translation and multilingual capabilities so PilotDeck can automatically fetch frontier tech news, translate it with one click, and have VoxCPM record it into multilingual podcasts.
Self-media content pipelines: let PilotDeck automatically fetch trending topics and write scripts, then work with VoxCPM to generate two-person dialogue podcasts, audio blogs, or high-quality emotional voiceovers with one click.
Smart voice assistants: use PilotDeck to schedule your calendar or knowledge base, and pair it with VoxCPM to create a lightweight voice companion that can read news to you at any time.
📁 Deliverables: links to works published on any social media or a technical blog, or a run guide for a joint demo submitted on GitHub.
🎁 Prize pool: productivity supplies are ready
We have prepared generous physical prizes that combine "desktop aesthetics" with "geek faith" for creators and developers:
